Proposal Securing Declaration
  1. Safety will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedure contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2019, as amended, and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested holders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents from the Uganda Communications Commission at the address given below from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during working days. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) for each procurement.
