  1. The bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders by email upon submission of proof of payment to procurement@bou.or.ug OR bidders may download the bidding document from the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.or.ug and submit their bid with proof of payment.

  2. The pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Bank of Uganda Headquarters on October 15, 2025 at 11:00hrs EAT, as detailed in the bidding document.

  3. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11.00am EAT on October 24, 2025.
