10 Scholarships for Certified Public Accountants (CPA) at ICPAU

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) is offering opportunities for a 10 Certified Public Accountants (CPA) scholarships ICPAU

THE PROGRAMME

The SSP is a financial aid programme for students who desire to study the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) course. It was launched in 2019 and there are six cohorts as of January 2025.

The programme is for all Bachelor’s degree holders. Applicants must possess qualifications awarded by public universities or private chartered universities.

The package covers all ICPAU-related costs such as registration, annual studentship fees and examination fees, as well as the cost of study material.

 

10 slots are available.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

  1. The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda will cover the cost of registration, annual renewal, examination fees and study material.
  2. Successful students are expected to complete the CPA course within 2.5 years of registration.
  3. The scholarship will not be applied for re-sitting a paper.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must have completed the Bachelor’s degree programme in 2024
  • Must have attained a first class honours or second class honours – upper division grade

    • Focus on the topic
    • Adequate content as specified by the word limit
    • Strict observance of the word limit

    • Strict observance of originality
  • Academic transcript
