We are hiring 4 Program Officers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee organization malaria or Immunization mobilisation of activities in the Districts assigned
• Analysis on the needs, gaps, and opportunities in the program areas

• Monitoring and reporting on the progress, outcomes, and challenges of the program, as well as evaluating its effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders such as, District, DHT, implementing partners, staff, consultants, and community members.

• Provides technical assistance, guidance, and feedback to program staff and partners while identifying and sharing best practices, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in developing and monitoring annual work plans and budgets, as well as associated deliverables and results/outputs.
• Prepare, coordinate, reviews, edit, and disseminate project-related reports and documents

• Create strong and meaningful relationships with district structures Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
• Bachelor’s degree in social worker and social administration, social sciences, development studies or related field with a minimum of 3 years of program management experience.
• Post graduate training in project planning and management is an added advantage.
• Experience in working with donor funded projects is highly desirable.
• Comfortable with working in teams as well as acting independently in the implementation of specific tasks, multitasking and prioritizing, working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group of people of various nationalities and cultural backgrounds Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in the local language in the program locations is desirable.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
