Our client, a company located in Kampala, is a provider of comprehensive advertising and brand visualization services, specializing in commercial printing, fabrication, woodwork, and garments/textile processing. The collaborates closely with clients to elevate brand awareness, perception, and customer engagement, ultimately aiming to become an industry leader in the East African Region and beyond..
Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for;
- Prospecting and acquiring new customers through various channels
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Managing and growing existing customer portfolios
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
