Join a new start-up firm as an Account Executive

Our client, a company located in Kampala, is a provider of comprehensive advertising and brand visualization services, specializing in commercial printing, fabrication, woodwork, and garments/textile processing. The collaborates closely with clients to elevate brand awareness, perception, and customer engagement, ultimately aiming to become an industry leader in the East African Region and beyond..

Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for;

  • Prospecting and acquiring new customers through various channels
  • Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Managing and growing existing customer portfolios
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
