Account Manager

Full-time

As an Account Manager, you will be the go-to person for a portfolio of valued clients, ensuring their needs are met while building long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional who excels in collaboration and strategic thinking. You will manage client relationships, support project execution, and contribute to business development initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Act as a trusted partner to your clients, offering innovative solutions to address their business challenges.

Project Management Support

• Collaborate with the Head of B2B to deliver high-quality projects on time and within

• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, procurement, production, and

logistics, to meet client requirements.

• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to ensure seamless delivery.

Sales & Business Development

  • Maintain accurate records of orders and invoices, ensuring timely communication with
    production teams
  • Partner with the finance team on reconciliations and issue credit notes when necessary.
    Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Prepare impactful reports and presentations to support client engagements.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide clients with regular performance updates, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
  • Offer actionable insights to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Problem-Solving

  • Resolve client challenges efficiently, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Navigate complex situations with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales, with a track record of managing client relationships.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a results-driven attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the retail, food, or HORECA industry.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
