Accountant Administrator

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to export activities.
• Handle supplier advances and Balance payments on time to ensure proper documentation.
• Generate and analyze stock reports to optimize inventory management.
• Prepare weekly farm related reports.
• Monitor daily staff attendance, leave, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for vouchers and other important documents.
• Oversee general office administration tasks as needed.
• Preparing petty cash documents and day to day expenses

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
• CPA Level 1 is an additional advantage and 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the agriculture industry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Knowledge of export regulations and procedures is a plus.
