Assistant Client Relations

Ruby Hospital Kampala is hiring an Assistant Client Relations to enhance patient experience and support Ruby Hospital’s marketing efforts, we are seeking a Client Relations Assistant to work within the Marketing Team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for campaign related inquiries, assist during activations and events, and collect feedback that informs outreach strategies.

It is a full-time role requiring someone warm, organized, and responsive capable of engaging both online and offline audiences with professionalism and care.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in digital communication with the following qualifications:

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service, Marketing, or Communications
At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or outreach support role
Familiarity with WhatsApp for Business, email follow-ups, and basic CRM tools
Proficiency in English and Luganda (French, Swahili, or other local languages are a plus)
Confident speaking to patients, corporates, and walk-ins about hospital services
