Qualifications:–

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or science background (preferred)
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail pharmaceutical industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products and services (for Branch Manager role).
