Reporting To Network Administrator, The Successful Candidate Will;

Key Result Areas:

*Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, monitors, and associated cabling and hardware.

*Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure that CCTV systems remain functional and up-to-date.

*Perform site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and ensure coverage of critical areas for surveillance.

*Configure and program CCTV systems for recording, including setting up motion detection and scheduling recording times.

*Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV systems, identifying hardware faults and software glitches.

*Provide training to clients on the operation of CCTV systems, including how to review footage, export video clips, and manage system settings.

*Implement network configurations for IP-based CCTV systems, ensuring secure and efficient data transmission.

*Coordinate with security personnel to provide video evidence and support investigations.

*Upgrade CCTV systems by integrating new technologies to enhance system capabilities.

*Any other duties assigned by Network Administrator/IT Head.
