Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will have the chance to build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, providers, and colleagues across the Group.

We will count on you to :
• Driving the business strategy for the department.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Leading and managing client portfolios.
• Ensuring financial Management and Reporting (Credit Control; Forecasting; Budgeting and Expense Control)
• Taking ownership for all technical functions including all product development and policy wording enhancement for clients policies.
• Participating in contentious claims.
• Maintaining good client and Insurance Market relationships.
• Collation of underwriting information.
• Closing to markets/obtaining market confirmation of cover.
What you need to have :
To be successful in this role, you must be self-driven, have a team spirit and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance and client management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving, and administration skills.
• A customer service-oriented mindset, initiative
• Tenacity, and meticulousness are essential.
Additionally, you should have a first degree in any field and a professional insurance qualification. Established relationships with the Uganda and regional insurance market are an added advantage.
