Communication Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen Tunga’s brand positioning for clients, developers, and global partners.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content for our website, newsletters, thought leadership articles, and social media.
• Manage communication with our developer community through Slack, email campaigns, and virtual events.
• Create and oversee content showcasing developer journeys and client success stories.
• Lead thought leadership efforts in remote work, impact sourcing, and global talent discussions.
• Monitor and analyze content marketing effectiveness, refining strategies based on data.
• Advocate for African tech talent by breaking down barriers through marketing efforts.
• Drive engagement within the developer community and effectively communicate Tunga policies.

Your Profile

We are looking for a Communication Officer who is:

• Strong in strategic thinking, brand storytelling, and campaign execution.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Results-driven and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.

What You Bring

• Experience in marketing and content roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or talent-related industries.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Expertise in content creation and thought leadership.
• A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Passion for social impact and understanding of concepts like Impact Sourcing.
