KCB Bank is hiring a Corporate Banker

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the portfolio in liaison with the Relationship Manager and in their absence, assume full responsibility of the assigned portfolio.
  2. Run with a customer experience initiative to build customer loyalty and upselling of KCB products and services to the allocated portfolio
  3. Providing an interface between the Bank, existing and prospective customers in order to maintain good customer relations and meet customer needs within the strategic objective of the Bank.
  4. Grow the banks liability book and help attain capital adequacy ratios on the balance sheet.
  5. Regular monitoring of inflows and outflows on the assigned portfolio in order to achieve healthy downstream growth of value chain. I.e. Funds for onwards lending to customers of our clients
  6. Acquisition of new customers and offer advisory services on the unique products and services offering to them.
  7. Achieve set income targets i.e. interest income, fees and commissions, forex income.
  8. Daily monitoring of accounts to ensure all accounts are within the approved limits.
  9. Continuous follow up with branches, treasury, Trade finance, transactional banking to act on customers instructions.
  10. Prepare daily and monthly monitoring reports on liability, asset & incomes for the assigned portfolio.
