The Judiciary Service of Uganda invites applications from suitable and eligible citizens of Uganda for the following vacant posts. All applicants will be subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.

Submission of Applications: Applications must be submitted on Judicial Service Commission Form No. 2 of 2024, addressed to the Secretary of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), and sent as a single PDF document to the provided application email. The deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m., Friday, 6th September 2024.

Application Documents to Attach: Applicants should include the following in the order listed:

  1. A copy of the National ID.
  2. A passport-size photograph.
  3. Certified copies of O’level, A’level, and Diploma in Law certificates and transcripts from the issuing institution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ugandan citizens holding a Diploma in Law from an accredited university or institution.
  • Applicants must possess demonstrable digital skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidates will report to their immediate supervisor and perform the following tasks:

  1. Registering cases.
  2. Opening case files.
  3. Interpreting court proceedings.
  4. Maintaining and updating case files.
  5. Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
