Creative Marketing Specialist

Fido Uganda is hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing visually compelling and on-brand creative content to support Fido’s marketing campaigns in Uganda. This role will ensure the brand’s identity and messaging are consistently reflected across all channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets, including graphics, videos, banners, and presentations, for digital and offline campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
- Ensure all creative materials align with Fido’s brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Develop short-form and long-form video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Stay updated on design and creative trends to keep Fido’s campaigns fresh and innovative.
- Work with external vendors or freelancers when necessary to enhance creative output.
- Support events and activations by designing promotional materials and creating visually engaging presentations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in creative marketing or graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video production skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
