Custodial Services Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the custodial services unit to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure the safekeeping and accurate documentation of all client assets.
• Monitor all custodial activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare and review regular reports on the status of client assets and transactions.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures within the custodial services unit.
• Provide support and training to junior custodial staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the quality of service provided to clients.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in custodial or asset management services.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and regulatory requirements in custodial services.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
