Customer Support Specialist

In this role as a Customer Support Specialist at Standard Intern, you’ll be the primary point of contact for user inquiries. You’ll leverage your expertise to troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions, and guide users on platform functionalities. Demonstrating strong analytical skills, you’ll investigate and resolve user-reported issues, escalating complex cases as needed. Furthermore, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement by documenting customer interactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs and inform product enhancements.
