Position: Data Analyst

Duty Station: AAR Insurance Offices, Plot 11, Salmon Rise, Bugolobi, Luthuli Avenue

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret large data sets to extract valuable insights for decision-making.
Perform data modeling and reporting to ensure accurate and actionable outcomes.
Assist in problem-solving and identifying trends from data to support business operations.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Create visual representations of data findings for stakeholders.
Collaborate with different teams to provide data support for various projects and initiatives.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences or a related field.
Two years of relevant work experience in data analysis.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
