Data Register clerks
Full-time
Data Register clerks will support the data collection function and documentation in the attached subcounty. The Data Register clerks will work with the Data officer to ensure that clean and complete DREAMS data is collected, properly captured and reported in a timely manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prior experience in data entry and documentation, preferably in a health facility or Safe space setting, is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity withUDOTS, EMR, Medical record systems is a plus.

• Must be well versed with the DREAMS service tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high- quality work.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in commonly spoken local languages is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-driven, result oriented and ability to work under minimum supervision.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience:
• A minimum of a Diploma in, Statistics, Medical Records or any other related field of study.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel, DHIS2 based systems and other data collection and reporting tools.
Physical Ability: A ability to reside in the rural areas of Kayunga
Supervisory Controls: The individual will serve under the immediate supervision of Data Officer.
