Digital Sales Strategist

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for Digital Sales Strategist in Jubilee Life Company of Uganda.
The position holder will report to the Customer Experience Manager and will be based at Head Office in Kampala.
Main Responsibilities:
- Converting online leads into digital sales.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Jubilee life and pension products.
- Prepare a monthly pipeline that will lead to closure and meeting monthly KP| set revenue budget.
- Consistently achieving set targets for digital retail life and pension products.
- Safeguarding customer information and ensuring confidentiality.
Key Competencies:
1) Sound understanding of Insurance concepts, retail life and pension products.
2) Strong ability to close online leads for business growth, promote retail life and pension products.
Strong understanding of online sales, lead generation and sales cycle.
Key Deliverables
- Achievement of retail life and pensions product business growth targets
- Meeting revenue budgets and persistency goals.
- Effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Law or any other related course
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in Risk & Compliance
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and driving process improvements.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully closing online sales leads and portfolio management.
- Strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and with partners.
- Experience in Tele sales, ecommerce sales, call center support or digital sales will be an added advantage.
