Digital Transformation Supervisor

Reports to: IT Services & Digital Transformation Manager
Location: URCS Headquarters
Duration: One (1) year (renewal subject to availability of funding)
Date: September 2024

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an approved, recognized, and reputable university.
  • Certificate in IT Services Management (ITSM), ITIL-V4 is a requirement.
  • Certifications in IT-related fields such as networking, security, database management, or cloud computing are an added advantage.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in IT, focusing on digital transformation initiatives, process improvement, and implementation of new technologies, two (2) of which should be in supervisory roles.
