Direct Sales Agents

Full-time

The Direct Sales Agents are responsible for mobilizing customer deposits, scaling up of mobile banking, SMS and activity on agent banking while maintaining proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective selling/ cross selling and structuring of solutions for potential and existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the bank.

 

 

  • Drive the acquisition of customers, mobilize deposits as per set targets and drive the scale up of mobile banking, activity of agent banking channels.
  • Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
  • Relationship Management to enhance customer retention and ensure that BRAC Uganda Bank becomes their bank of choice
  • Identify and exploit cross selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
  • Directly involved in Sales mobilization drives organized by the branch or head office.
  • Provide daily sales activity plans and reports on boarding and digital channel recruitment to the Branch Manager.
  • Ensure that all dealings with existing and potential customers are in compliance with KYC and AML requirement.

 

  • Diploma/Certificate in Business/finance field/ Economics.
  • University Students are encouraged to apply
