Electrical Engineer

Full-time

Reporting To Electrical and Instrumentation Manager, The Electrical Engineer Will;

Key Result Areas:

*Maintain a service schedule for electrical systems.

*Allocate work and monitor performance of plant-based electricians.

*Develop routine maintenance checklist for all electrical infrastructure and equipment.

*Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for use and maintenance of electrical systems. *Liaise with power distribution companies for supply of power; repairs of electrical lines; payment of electricity bills and any other related transactions.

*Perform surveys, prepare technical reports, read technical drawings and schematics, wiring diagrams, and design electrical installations.

*Overhaul and/or transfer electrical assets; Maintain electrical consumption records for all the group locations, and assist during the preparation of engineering budgets with inputs for electrical requirements and forecasts.
