Electrical / Telecommunications Inspector

Duty Station:  Uganda (Tilenga Project)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of telecommunications, and be familiar with International Telecommunications Standards; Building Industry Consulting Services International – Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (BICSI-TDMM); National Electrical Codes; and National Electrical Safety Codes, or their equivalents.
• He/ she shall be able to read, write and speak the English Language.
• He/ she shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry standards, specifications, and fabrication methods and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision as required to verify construction compliance with the project requirements.
• He/ she shall be able to read engineering drawings.
• He/ she shall have knowledge and understanding of ISO-9001 quality system requirements and implementation.
