Contract

Title: Enumerator

Unit: Monitoring and Evaluation Unit

Contract period: 3 weeks.

We are seeking experienced educationalist to conduct qualitative data collection as part of our ongoing valuation of the PEAS – DES Inspect and Improve Program.

Those in the role will be conducting the World Management Survey, an interview designed to measure leadership skills within schools.

The survey would be conducted over the phone, and last for around an hour. Training in use of the tool will be provided.

The roles will be temporary, running for around 3 weeks in June.

Reimbursement is 60,000 UGX per survey as well as a data and airtime allowance for contacting schools.

Required Experience: Education Leadership or Conducting Qualitative Interviews

Desired Experience: Conducting research in an education setting, assigning scores to qualitative responses.

Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social science or Education related course, Post graduate training in research is an added advantage.

Skills required: Moderating skills, good listener, Computer (ICT) skills.
