Field Sales Executive

Full-time

As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers.

You will be tasked with promoting and selling a range of telecom services, including voice, data, and internet solutions, to businesses and consumers within your designated geographic territory.

This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities include; Retailer Stocking: ensure retailers in territory have sufficient stock, SIM Sales: Ensure retailers are selling Lyca sim cards in their space of operation & Brand awareness in the Territory. Including branding of Reseller outlets among others.

The gross pay for this role is Ugx. 700,000 (seven hundred Uganda thousand shillings).

The person must have worked in telecom sales (Telecom experience)

Self-motivated team player with the ability to adopt and work cooperatively and effectively in different situations.

Excellent oral and written communication skills including report writing skills

Bachelor’s degree in business related subject from a reputable University.

Should not be more than 30 years of age.
