Field Sales Executive

Lapaire is hiring Field Sales Executive responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and monitoring external/field sales teams to boost Lapaire’s visibility and drive eye tests and sales. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, this role focuses on implementing field sales strategies and enhancing team performance to grow the business.

Reports To: Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Team Supervision & Management:
- Supervise and manage external sales teams in the field.
- Recruit and train field sales staff.
- Organize and manage the field sales team based on requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and conduct regular field visits to support and coach teams.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor sales representatives’ performance indicators (e.g., test views, sales, conversion rates).
- Analyze results and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare regular performance reports for superiors.
Business Development:
- Participate in implementing sales strategies tailored to field operations.

Profile Required:

Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Proven experience managing a sales team in the field.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze performance and recommend improvements.
Strong results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
Mobility and availability for frequent travel.
