Field Sales Representative

Full-time

We are looking to hire a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team immediately. You will be responsible for developing strong sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

As a successful sales representative, you will be sourcing new sales opportunities and closing deals to meet your sales targets. You will play a crucial role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and overseeing product/service sales.

Responsibilities

  • ‘Get the sale’ by utilizing various customer sales techniques
  • Forecast sales, devise innovative sales methodologies, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Attract new clients by developing new strategies and sales processes
  • Assess client needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborate with other sales reps to share and discuss effective sales techniques
  • Research specific accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads
  • Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments
  • Provide feedback to senior management using sales statistics
  • Expand and maintain the client database within your designated territory
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or a similar role
  • Candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience will also be considered
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and other software
  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies and pipeline management
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
