Finance and Accounts Assistant

Full-time

Huaye Logistics is hiring a detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Assistant to handle data entry, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative support.

DATA ENTRY AND PROCESSING:

Accurately entering financial data into accounting software.
Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Maintaining organized and accurate records.
BOOKKEEPING AND RECONCILIATION:
Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as updating journals and ledgers.
Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
FINANCIAL REPORTING:
Preparing reports and statements, such as monthly financial summaries.
Assisting with the preparation of budgets.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
Providing general administrative support to the accounting department.
Filing financial records and other important documents.
Assisting with inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

OTHER TASKS:

Assisting with month-end and year-end account finalization.
Following up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Performing collections process.
Identifying and resolving errors in financial records.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Bcom (Accounting) or any other related field.
At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in Accounting.
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Good organizational and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of computer usage.
Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently with a professional Approach.
