Finance Manager

Reports To: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for solar home systems sales. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Analyze sales data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize costs and revenues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in renewable energy or similar sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
