Finance Manager

Full-time

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial and administrative operations of the USAID/Uganda CEA project to ensure compliance with donor regulations and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the project’s financial systems to comply with USAID regulations and AYDL policies.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Supervise financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to USAID and internal stakeholders.

Manage sub-grants and sub-contracts, providing guidance and capacity-building on financial management and compliance.
• Conduct regular financial analyses and audits, addressing findings promptly.

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA or ACCA certification is required.
• At least 5 years of progressive financial management experience in large-scale development programs.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a senior finance role.
• Expertise in USG financial rules, regulations, and reporting requirements.
