Duties and Responsibilities

Risk Assessment and Analysis:

Identify, assess, and evaluate potential financial risks that could impact the organization and its clients.
Analyze financial data to forecast and predict risk scenarios.
Develop risk models to predict financial outcomes and impact.

Risk Management Strategy:

Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
Advise clients on risk mitigation techniques and insurance solutions.
Create plans to reduce risks through diversification, hedging, insurance, and other financial instruments.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications can be advantageous.

Experience:

Several years of experience in financial risk management, insurance, financial advisory, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing financial risks and advising clients.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of financial markets and instruments.
