Food & Beverage Supervisor

Arches Gardens, Kampala’s premier garden venue, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our vibrant F&B team!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the operations of the restaurant, bar, café, and ice-cream parlour.
Implement food and beverage strategies to increase revenue.
Lead and train a dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service.
Manage stock and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Innovate menus, promotional offers, and events.
Maintain budget control and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food and beverage supervision (minimum 3 years).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Creative approach to food and beverage offerings.
Knowledge of local and international food trends.
Degree or diploma in hospitality management is a plus or related field.
