Franchise Manager

The Franchise Manager oversees and manages franchise product operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between manufacturers, distributors, and Next Media. The Franchise Manager is the primary point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring that franchise operations are executed in line with the company’s objectives while maintaining high standards in product quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and success of franchise products, with a focus on aligning the efforts of manufacturers, distributors, and franchisees to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise products, ensuring that all franchise activities align with company standards and expectations.
• Ensure consistent product availability and quality at all franchise locations.
Point of Contact:
• Serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturer, distributor, and Next Media to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve operational or product-related issues.
Product Management:
• Monitor the performance of franchise products, ensuring alignment with market demand and company goals.
• Work closely with manufacturers to maintain product quality, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Sales and Commercial Targets:
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales and revenue targets for franchise operations.
• Work with sales teams and franchise partners to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Distributor Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to franchisees.
• Address any logistical challenges or supply chain disruptions in collaboration with distributors.
Brand and Quality Control:
• Ensure that all franchise products meet the brand standards and quality benchmarks set by Next Media.
• Conduct regular reviews of franchise operations to ensure adherence to product guidelines, marketing strategies, and branding consistency.
Franchisee Support:
• Provide support and guidance to franchisees regarding product updates, pricing strategies, and operational procedures.
• Assist franchisees in addressing any challenges related to product availability, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Contract and Compliance Management:
• Ensure all franchise agreements are adhered to by franchisees, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and report on franchise product performance metrics such as sales volume, customer feedback, and inventory management.
• Use data to make informed decisions to optimize product distribution, pricing, and overall franchise performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, product management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of product distribution and supply chain management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (manufacturers, distributors, franchisees).
