Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

– Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.

– Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

– Drive business development, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.

– Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

– Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

– 8 years experience with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management role.

– Proven track record of leadership and business growth.

– Strong understanding of the Social Behavioural Change Communications and media production landscape.

– Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to lead and manage a team.

– Strong financial management skills.

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
