General Manager

Reports to: Hon Secretary

Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the club

Key Duties and Responsibilities

To manage the day-to-day operations and staff of Kampala Club Limited to ensure excellence, build and maintain strong relationships with members, oversee exclusive events and member activities; handle budgets, financials, and club development and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests: implement and enforce EXCOM approved policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all individuals using the club.

d) Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Human Resources Management or business administration or any related degree.

e) Ideal Candidate

Strong background in sports and recreation management with 5-years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial roie

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, sports management, or exclusive memberships
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about delivering personalized, high-end service.
• Technical and Behavioural Competencies
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal relations.
