Graduate Trainee (Finance)

Full-time

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee (Finance) in Mbarara.

The Trainee will be involved in financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making, as well as supporting accounting tasks.

Qualifications

Knowledge of financial operations and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally etc…
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
