Graduate Trainees Programme at Sio Valley Technologies

In the Production department, you will contribute to optimizing production processes and ensuring quality control. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning and scheduling of production activities to ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing downtime.
• Monitoring production lines to ensure they are operating efficiently and that quality standards are maintained at every stage.
• Working closely with the quality control team to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all products meet regulatory and company standards.
• Supporting inventory management by tracking raw materials, components, and finished goods, and coordinating with the procurement team for restocking when necessary.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource usage.

Skills and Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
