Hardware Technician

Full-time

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Technician at Coseke Uganda Limited located in Kampala. The Hardware Technician will be responsible for hardware installation, hardware support, troubleshooting, printer support, and providing technical support.

Education / Knowledge / Experience Needed

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or any related fields

Skills

Hardware Installation and Hardware Support skills
Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Knowledge in networking and servers
Printer Support skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good communication skills
Experience in a similar role is a plus
