Head of Franchising Development

The Head of Franchising Development will manage, direct, and implement all aspects of Jibu’s franchising plan for the market. This role is pivotal in driving the success of Jibu’s franchise network by providing strategic guidance and support to the franchising team and franchise owners. The successful candidate will coach Jibu franchise owners to achieve growth targets while ensuring compliance with Jibu Franchise Standards and the Jibu System.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. JibuCo/Franchisee Operational Excellence
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize volume sales in all franchisee stores.
- Support the Franchisee Development Manager in setting goals, targets, and implementing training programs.
- Assist franchise operations teams in implementing procedures to improve efficiencies and manage variances.
- Oversee the volume dashboard for planning and forecasting.
- Ensure the elimination of production issues and improvements in product quality.
- Implement directives from senior management effectively.
2. Lead Franchise Development
- Analyze franchise profitability and financial performance.
- Conduct franchise performance reviews and co-develop action plans to close gaps.
- Set franchisee targets and develop business plans to achieve sales and cost objectives.
- Oversee compliance with Jibu system requirements and standards.
- Support franchisees in growth initiatives, same-store improvements, and profitability analysis.
- Conduct accountability audits for franchisees to ensure adherence to Jibu standards.
- Facilitate and develop operational training modules as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management.
- Fulfill all assignments within the annual budgeting plan.
3. Lead Brand Growth & Adherence
- Develop strategic marketing and sales campaigns, tracking KPIs and ROI.
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities to meet growth targets.
- Propose new products, promotions, and innovative marketing strategies.
- Monitor franchisee store quality regarding products, staffing, training, safety, and sanitation.
- Ensure implementation of corporate standards and reporting procedures.
4. Leadership Engagement and Company Growth
- Demonstrate proactive and supportive team leadership.
- Take accountability for tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support team members effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue
- Grow product sales at franchises.
- Increase franchising and corporate store revenues as per budget.
- Manage costs within budget limits.
Customer
- Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction.
- Enhance franchise and staff engagement survey scores.
Process Efficiency
- Maintain high AR collection rates.
- Ensure accurate POS adoption and data reporting.
- Achieve high commercial site survey scores.
- Complete new project rollouts on time.
Growth
- Launch new franchises.
- Expand retail points and sales channels.
- Increase new product sales at franchises.
