Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in an educational or international organization.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
