Head of Sales
Contract
PayWay is on the hunt for a strategic, results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead our sales team and drive business growth. If you’re a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for fintech innovation, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales management experience (preferably in Fintech or Telecom).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technologies.
