Headmaster

Qualifications

• Secondary School Headmaster: A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field is preferred. A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience will be considered.
• Primary School Headmaster: Minimum degree in primary education.
• Pre-Primary School Headmaster: A Diploma in Education (Primary program) or its equivalent, typically with a Grade Ill teacher certificate.

Experience

• Secondary School Headmaster: Several years of teaching experience, preterably in a leadership role. Prior administrative experience as a vice principal, deputy head, or other roles.

Demonstrated management skills.

• Primary School Headmaster: At least 5 years as a headmaster or deputy headmaster in a reputable private school.
• Pre-Primary School Headmaster: At least two years of teaching experience as a grade !!! teacher. Prior experience as a teacher with familiarity in pre-primary education.

Skills and Qualities

• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, staff, and the community.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• A clear vision for educational excellence and school improvement.
