Health & Safety Manager
Contract
The Health & Safety Manager will supervise all frontline HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) activities and plans in alignment with the company’s site operational strategies. The role involves developing procedures and guidelines to address HSE issues and managing the operational risk profiles of asset areas.
Contract Duration: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Our client, a prominent organization in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee and support its growing operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Certification in NEBOSH or its equivalent is required.
- Experience:
- At least 8 years of HSE experience in a fast-paced industry such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or Construction.
- A minimum of 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 QHSSE Management Systems.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
