Hotel receptionist

Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
Manage reservations and monitor room availability
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
Attention to detail and accuracy
