Human Resources Reward and Services Manager.

Full-time

We are currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Reward and Services Manager.

As HR Reward and Services Manager, you will report directly to the People & Culture Director.

The role will contribute to CCBU vision by ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages for employees while also
managing various employee services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Influence the development of Reward strategies and philosophy within the organisation.
    • Manage desired market positioning in line with Group Office (GO), balancing cost, market and employee engagement
    • Ensure that remuneration practices in country meet Business requirements, and that good governance is in place.
    • Align Reward policies, frameworks and tools in operation in country, as appropriate.
    • Support higher levels of engagement through management of in country compensation and benefits offering
    • Lead the integration of company policies in country, where appropriate, and ensure consistent application and compliance
    • Oversee the implementation of integrated benefit policies and procedures, where appropriate
    • Manage the establishment and operation of an integrated shared service centre in country
    • Lead initiatives to drive operational HR excellence
    • Serve as subject matter expert on HR Systems requirements and capability, and ensure employee master data integrity
    • Ensure implementation and integrity of Grading architecture and Evaluations in country.
    • Serve as custodian of the job evaluation process in country.
  • Monitor changes in the marketplace and legislation and build alliances with the global community of Reward specialists to understand
    emerging practices and innovations.
    • Manage payroll services in country

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,
Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Added advantage: Relevant postgraduate qualifications.

Experience
• Minimum requirement: 8 years relevant experience in an HR Services and Reward
role in a an FMCG company, or a busy organization
• Strong understanding of the macro business environment
• In-depth understanding of the country labor laws and HR best practices
• Superior knowledge of pay roll systems. Experience with MSD365 is desirable
