IT Manager

Vision for Africa International is hiring an IT Manager to oversee the institution’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and security. You will lead a team, implement new technologies, and ensure our digital assets align with organizational goals.

Vision for Africa International – Kiyunga, Mukono is looking for a highly skilled and innovative IT Manager to join our team!
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A professional certification (such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL) is an added advantage.
- Experience: 5 – 10 years in IT management, system administration, or network security.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German is an added advantage.
- Age Requirement: Must be between 30 – 50 years.
Technical & Leadership Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud computing and enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain IT systems efficiently.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- God-fearing, with high integrity and ethical work standards.
