IT Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide timely support to users and escalate unresolved problems as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and assist in procurement to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Train staff on IT systems and tools, and create comprehensive documentation for processes, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Conduct regular system audits, ensure optimal performance, and implement security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with service providers to address service gaps, introduce new technologies, and ensure smooth rollouts of applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, evaluate their relevance, and recommend innovative solutions to improve productivity and system efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network management, and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
