IT Services & Digital Transformation Manager
Contract
The IT Services & Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the URCS Digital Transformation Strategy. The job holder will also manage all ICT capabilities of the National Society (NS) and oversee digital transformation projects from inception through to delivery.

Reports to: Director Human Resource & Digital Transformation
Location: Headquarters
Duration: One (1) year (renewal subject to availability of funding)

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field from an approved, recognized, and reputable university.
- Possession of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Computing, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering from an approved, recognized, and reputable university is an added advantage.
- Professional certification in ITIL, Project Management (PMP, Prince2), Enterprise IT-related trainings like COBIT is mandatory.
- Professional certification in IT system enterprise management or IT infrastructure is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT Service Management, Digital Transformation, or IT Enterprise Management, three (3) of which should be in supervisory roles.
- Experience leading transformation or improvement programs (KPI measurement, benchmarking, stakeholder management, financial management).
