Key duties and responsible

  • Brand Asset Management: Maintaining a consistent, corporate, unique identity with the use of University colors, brand elements such as the logo and their placements, etc
  • Coordinate with other university web unit managers to ensure brand consistence e.g. E-learning, Library site, Research IDR site, etc
  • Promotional content graphics design (flyers, booklets, cards etc)
  • Support in multimedia broadcast of University events (graduation, public lectures, conferences etc)
  • Support the University academic units in sourcing or creating multimedia content for promotion, communication and other purposes.
  • Coordination with other specialists e.g web administrator in the website graphics design and improvement.

  • Analyses, critiques and proffers legal opinion on administrative and policy decisions on matters of law.
  • Supports the conduct of due diligence on firms intending to carry out major projects for supply of goods or services to the University as may be directed by the Senior Legal Officer.
  • Reports on legal activities undertaken.
